Government doing more harm than
old warlord
HERE I am, 12,000 miles away in New Zealand and three
generations distant from my ancestral home of
Kilrush.
I am appalled by the incredible attitude of the Irish
Government to the historical and cultural heartland of
the country.
Why, the Vikings of Olaf the White could not be doing a
better job of destroying the old centre of Ireland than
the present representatives of the Irish people.
How times change after all the struggles to protect Tara
in the past.
Nothing this important can be decided by saying "my
hands are tied".
Anyway, one thing we know is that all members of the
Government now are responsible for this destruction of
the very heart of their own country and history will
remember them, one by one.
