Last Monday's "Prime Time Investigates" on RTÉ 1
showed just how empty are Environment Minister John
Gormley's promises on future development in the Gowra
Valley, Tara.
"Prime Time" proved that the people with real power in
planning are the county councillors. No area is safe from
their reckless abuse of those powers.
