Mr. Ahern declared himself very concerned about M3
protester Squeak, but he missed the point.
If there is no other way to address fairly and truthfully
this issue in the public domain, other than locking
yourself in a tunnel, it is truly a sad day for
Ireland.
I wish Mr. Ahern would be as forthright in addressing the
real problems that Tara protesters have with the process
that led to the M3 being routed where it is being built,
but he knows he cannot win any open debate on this
issue.
