Madam, - Prof George Eogan (March 26th.), in his capacity
as a singularly distinguished archaeologist, has calmly
but firmly warned our Government against the
archaeological disaster of routeing the M3 through the
complex of the Gabhra Valley. Should our Government
persist in its planned construction, then its
opportunistic insensibility will never be forgotten by
the vast numbers of us who will be deprived of our
inestimable heritage.
